1.  Light  -   Death Note

Light is there main character of the anime and manga series -  Death Note. He is a bored young genius who finds the Death Note dropped by the Shinigami Ryuk by pure chance. Using the notebook, which allows its owner to kill anyone simply by knowing their name and face, Light becomes a serial-murderer known as Kira in an attempt to create and rule a utopia cleansed of criminals, with him at the helm as a "god".

His main plan was to kill criminals, While his task originates with good intentions,he was corrupted by power within a week, plotting to rule his utopia as "the god of the new world". His ethics are utilitarian, justifying the most extreme acts in service of his cause. He was also driven by a need for victory, which motivates most of his cruelest acts. 

2. Uchiha Madara - Naruto 

Uchiha Madara is a legendary shinobi from naruto who was strong enough to stand against Hashirama  and give him a tough competition. Madara's powers seems to have no limits, He was able to control 9 tails, he fought Shinobi Alliance alone and  defeat all 5 kare at once  without even using his full powers. His powers and ambitious attitude make him one of the coolest character ever. 

3.  Vegeta -  Dragon Ball Z

                                     

A member of an extraterrestrial race of warriors that the series' protagonist Goku also belongs to, Vegeta is extremely vain, believing he is the strongest and becoming obsessed with surpassing Goku. He later reluctantly unites with the heroes to thwart greater threats to the universe, becoming an antihero and later as one of the heroes, while remaining a rival to Goku. Now we all know Vegeta wasn’t a villain throughout the entire series, and he definitely wasn’t pure evil. But during his time as the bad guy, he was awesome. He was the strongest of the sayins at the time and would later become Gokus biggest rival. Plus he killed Nappa, which was so cool. 

4.  Father -  Fullmetal Alchemist 

Father makes it on the list by being one of the more mysterious villains, and for killing the most people of all other villains. He’s killed millions and millions of people with his schemes and plots to gain more power.He is the oldest Homunculus and the progenitor of the Homunculi, creating them directly or indirectly.  Arrogant and self-righteous, he deems only power over and ownership of the world, 

5. Doflamingo -  One Piece 

Doflamingo is so powerful that Law suggested that if Doflamingo resigns from his position the Marines will send their top fighters, the admirals, against him. On top of being powerful he is also FABULOUS. As in he has really good style. Probably the best style
